Hello! My name is Sarah Chaaban. I graduated from Mills College with a B.A. in History, Philosophy and Self-Consciousness, which is actually a degree I created myself! I love philosophy, and I truly believe that philosophy is a useful tool in creating a good life and society. My favorite philosophies are those that help us cultivate happier versions of ourselves through mental and physical practices.
